Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted too much this week, next week I'll have a few more posts (one being a review). So today is the third rest day of the squat and pushup challenge, and let me you tell you....I've gotten a bit lazy.
Okay so I work at a baseball field and I work almost every other week. The team is home this week so I've been working like crazy...well not really it's still early since the kids are still in school >.<
I've been doing my squats everyday except I forgot to do them yesterday, BUT I have a completely good excuse as to why....PMS!
I don't about the other ladies out there but my pms is SOOOO bad. Like if you follow me on Tumblr you know the saga. I won't go into too much detail but a hungry pmsing Jona is something no one wants to be near. I'm pretty sure my mom wanted to kill yesterday >.<
But anyways my pms ended up being super bad and I laid in bed all day until I had to go to work. I completely forgot about my squats until this morning....annnnd then I procrastinated. I decided to clean my room instead and hang out with my sister and aunt. As I'm writing this I'm only half way through my squats (110 squats / 2 = 55 squats).
Now let me tell you...I CAN FEEL THE BURN!!!!!!
My legs are looking great but it's definitely getting harder :( Which of course is to be expected since it is a CHALLENGE!
Okay so I actually just took a break from writing to finish the last 55 squats and the 9 pushups... MAN I'M TIRED!!
Walking down the stairs to get a water bottle was not fun...I just keep telling myself that by the time this challenge is over my legs will look great!
Oh before I forget the pushups are super hard and I hate them, and I'm only doing 9 right now. I'm not even doing the real deal and I'm having issues >.<
I finally got a gym pass to Planet Fitness so I keep telling myself that I'll use the weights...I'll probably just end up running on the treadmill instead!
