After a fews months I decided to come back! I still have my makeup blog on tumblr although it's not always in use (I'm in my first year of college so I'm quite busy). But I decided that I would use this blog not really for makeup but for exercising and for my eating habits.
For those who do not know me, hello I'm Jonalyn (or Jona). My mother always called me chi or chi-chi so I thought this was a cute name for a blog ^^ I'm currently 18 and will be 19 next month.
So I've always been a small girl, my height being 152 cm and weighing about 100 lbs. I rarely gain weight and my metabolism is quite high and I'm about average health wise.
I don't wish to lose any weight but I would like to reduce the bloating in my stomach and make it more toned.
I have always eaten pretty healthy due to my mother's cooking, my sister's health restrictions, and how my father likes to have his food at meal times. But when I'm left to fend for myself I don't eat the correct foods and tend to buy junk food a lot.
In re-starting this blog again I hope I can keep myself active, eat correctly, keep track of how I'm doing and also in hopes of maybe inspiring a few of you. Of course I'll being doing some reviews of different things I try or sharing a healthy recipe I found. I will try to write a couple of times a week and if not at least once a week to show you my progress.
